Our mind is the most important component in the body. It's where everything is generated. Similar to a power house containing a generator which generates electricity, our minds give our bodies directions on their every move. What you think has a great influence on your past, present and future.

  Developing a good mindset is an obligation for everyone, because many factors are put in place. How to think, speak and behave easily tells people about your mindset. Here are some factors that could make us have a rebook on our mindset

1) OUR ENVIRONMENT, where we grow up influences how we think, be it positively or negatively

2) OUR COMPANY; the type of friends we have and the surrounding people always influence us in one way or the other.  It is always unnoticed but it is very important

3)OUR DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES, going to the office every day or getting limited to a particular activity helps us to have limited ideas, we might end up lost or chaining our brains

4)OUR FEARS; everyone fears something, and we all try to fight our fears or handle them in our various ways. This has a great influence on our mindset.

5)OUR GOALS; everyone has something they desperately need to achieve it could be buying a car, getting good results or securing a good job. How we think will either lead us to success or failure.

   After going through these factors, we can try to recheck ourselves. To know if we are of a good and positive mindset, or we need to fix ourselves.
